Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to offer refunds or replacements for orders that meet the following criteria.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, please send a detailed description and a clear photo of the item to info@maillardsae.com.

 

Refunds and Replacements

 

If your request for a refund or replacement is approved, we will either:

  • Process a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

  • Prepare and dispatch a replacement item for your next order.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request after we have received your email and inspected the issue. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

 

Due to the nature of our products, all food, drinks, and other perishable goods are non-refundable. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for reasons such as a change of mind or personal taste. Refunds are only issued for issues with the order itself (e.g., incorrect item, a quality issue, or damage upon arrival).
